Physical Fitness Test:
The physical fitness round tests are explained here. In this round, you can have many tests. They are 5-meter shuttle, Pushups, Sit-ups. The Physical Fitness Test will comprise of following round,
- 5-meter shuttle.
- Pushups
- Sit-Ups.
Minimum Qualifying Standards –
- 5-meter shuttle– Minimum 11 times in a minute.
- Pushups– Minimum 13 Pushups.
- Sit-Ups– Minimum 20 Sit-Ups.
