Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows:-

The Exam Will be Objective Type.

Each Question Will be of 01 Mark.

General Intelligence & Reasoning (50 questions of 50 marks), General Awareness (50 questions of 50 marks) and English Language & Comprehension (100 questions of 100 marks)

The Time Duration of Examination Will is 2 Hrs duration.

There will be a penalty of 0.33 (negative marking) for wrong answers.

Skill Test

  • Stage – I Will be followed by a skill test. The candidates will have to appear for the stenography test. The candidates will be given one dictation for 10 minutes in English / Hindi at the speed of 80 w.p.m. The matter will have to be transcribed on the computer only.
  • The transcription time is as follows: 50 minutes (English) 65 minutes (Hindi).

Stage I (Preliminary)

Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows

The Exam Will be Objective Type.

Exam Will Consist of 120 questions/120 marks.

Each Question Will be of 01 Mark.

Question Paper Will Consist the various topics from General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Hindi & English (Language & comprehension) and Basic Computer knowledge

Time Duration of Examination Will is 2 Hrs.

There will be a penalty of 0.33 (negative marking) for wrong answers

Stage II(Main)

Exam Pattern: Exam Pattern for the Written Exam is as Follows

The Exam Will be Objective Type.

Exam Will Consist of 200 questions/200 marks.

Each Question Will be of 01 Mark.

Questions Will be Taken from General Awareness (Special Emphasis on Delhi), General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical &Numerical Ability, English Language & comprehension, Hindi or Urdu language and comprehension, Basic Computer knowledge

Time Duration of Examination Will is 2 Hrs.

There will be a penalty of 0.33 (negative marking) for wrong answers

Candidates should revision their all subjects in the routine on daily basis preparation. Revision must be regularly of your all keywords /formulas/chapters/concepts of every topic during the entire preparation of written examination.

Candidates should make self-written notes to all related subjects with this your confidence will be more strong while appearing in the written examination. Read Candidates for Important Instruction

Candidates Are Not Allowed To Carry Any Electronic/Mechanical Communication Device Including Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Earphone, Tablet Etc. Calculators, Books, Scale Or Drawing Instruments Are Not Allowed Inside The Examination Hall. The Commission Shall Not Be Responsible For Safe Custody Of Mobile Phones Etc.

And As Such Will Have No Liability In Case Of Loss Or Damage. No candidate shall be permitted to leave the Examination Hall until an hour has elapsed from the commencement of the examination nor during the last 30 minutes of the allotted time without submitting the Booklets.

Answer Sheet: The DDA JSA Candidate should hand over the OMR Answer Sheet personally to the Invigilator on duty before he/she leaves the Examination Hall. No candidate shall be allowed to go to the Toilet / Urinal during the last 30 minutes of Examination. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall 20 minutes after the commencement of the examination. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the Centre specified in the Admission Certificate only and at no other Centre.
